In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an 888pk account. 2.2 One Account Rule. Each natural person is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) 888pk account. Operating multiple accounts — under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other connection — is strictly prohibited. 888pk employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts linked to that individual will be closed and all associated balances will be voided.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering your 888pk account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, and Pakistani mobile number. Submitting false information, particularly a false date of birth to circumvent age restrictions, constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and potential referral to relevant authorities.
2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888pk login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 888pk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Processing Time. 888pk will endeavour to complete KYC verification reviews within a reasonable timeframe from receipt of all required documentation. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing. E-wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) are typically processed within minutes of approval. 4.4 Own Payment Methods Only. Players must only use payment accounts registered in their own name. 888pk strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Any deposit or withdrawal found to originate from or be directed to a payment account not belonging to the registered account holder will be reversed and the relevant 888pk account suspended pending investigation.
4.5 Transaction Fees. 888pk does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges applied to a transaction are levied by the payment provider, not by 888pk, and are outside 888pk's control.
5.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers on 888pk are subject to individual eligibility criteria specified at the time of each offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, their first deposit. Players who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions may be ineligible for certain promotional offers.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds awarded by 888pk are subject to wagering requirements ("WR") that must be fulfilled before any part of the bonus balance or winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. 5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the promotional period specified at the time of the award will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of the applicable expiry conditions for each bonus received.
5.5 888pk's Right to Modify. 888pk reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or restrict any promotional offer at any time, including for individual accounts, where it reasonably determines that the offer is being used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
6.1 Cricket & Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on the 888pk sportsbook — including PSL fixtures, Pakistan international cricket, T20, ODI and Test matches, UFC events, football leagues, and other sporting events — are governed by the specific sport rules published in the 888pk Sportsbook Rules section. In the event of any conflict between a specific sport rule and these general Terms, the specific sport rule prevails for that event type.
6.2 Casino Games. All casino games — including live dealer tables (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti), video slots, arcade games, and table games — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. 888pk is not responsible for player errors made during game sessions, including incorrect bet sizing, misread game instructions, or unintended button inputs.

9.2 Limited Licence. 888pk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 888pk content.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any 888pk software. 10.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. 888pk makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the outcome of any game, bet, or wager placed on the platform. All gaming outcomes are determined by certified RNG or by real sporting event results and are inherently uncertain. 888pk accepts no liability for losses incurred through normal gaming activity.
10.2 Service Availability. 888pk will use reasonable endeavours to ensure continuous platform availability. However, 888pk cannot guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. 888pk shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
10.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888pk's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the claim.
10.4 Force Majeure. 888pk shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications network failures, power outages, or other force majeure events.
11.1 Data Collection. By registering an 888pk account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the 888pk Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Personal data collected includes registration information, KYC documentation, transaction records, gaming history, and device and connection data.
11.2 Data Use. 888pk uses collected personal data for the purposes of: account administration; payment processing; KYC and fraud prevention; regulatory compliance under our international gaming license; responsible gaming monitoring; and improving platform services. 888pk does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12.1 888pk's Right to Suspend. 888pk reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict any player account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a suspected breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) suspicious activity has been detected; (c) a regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires it; or (d) an account security concern has been identified.
12.2 Account Closure by 888pk. 888pk may permanently close a player account where: a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed; fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity has been detected; the player is found to be ineligible (including age ineligibility); or a court or regulatory authority requires it. Upon permanent closure for breach, the account balance may be forfeited in accordance with the specific provision of these Terms under which the closure occurs.
12.3 Voluntary Closure. A player may request voluntary closure of their 888pk account at any time by contacting customer support. 888pk will process the closure request and arrange for the return of any eligible real-money balance after deducting any pending bonus amounts and verifying compliance with all applicable Terms. Voluntary closure does not waive any obligations that survived prior to the closure date.
13.1 Initial Complaint. If you have a complaint regarding your 888pk account, a game outcome, a transaction, or any other matter governed by these Terms, you should first contact the 888pk customer support team via live chat. The support team is available 24/7 and will attempt to resolve your complaint at first contact.
13.2 Escalation. 13.3 Regulatory Referral. The outcome of such an independent investigation will be considered final and binding on both parties.
14.1 Right to Amend. 888pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Non-material changes may be made without individual notification.
14.2 Effective Date. Amended Terms take effect from the date stated in the updated version published on the 888pk platform. Where a player continues to use the 888pk platform following the publication of amended Terms, they are deemed to have accepted the amended Terms in their entirety. If a player does not accept the amended Terms, they should cease using the platform and request account closure.
15.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 888pk's international gaming license jurisdiction. By using the 888pk platform, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and regulatory bodies applicable under that licensing framework for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the process outlined in Section 13.
15.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court or regulatory authority, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with the most legally effective formulation that most closely reflects the original intent.
